Co-Founder & CEO: Stephen Bianchi

Stephen has a background in operations, compliance and business management, working within fast-paced, highly regulated industries where attention to detail, organization and accountability are critical. Over the past several years, he has worked across multiple projects and operational workflows, coordinating vendors, managing processes and supporting day-to-day operations.

He has worked across multiple properties and association-related projects, with involvement in both the formation of new associations and the ongoing management of existing properties. His work includes coordinating with ownership groups, vendors and internal teams to help ensure properties are properly maintained, budgets are followed and projects are completed as expected.

Stephen places a strong emphasis on “knowing his stuff”, communication and responsiveness, with a focus on being readily available and ensuring that owners, board members and vendors receive timely follow-up and resolution.

Stephen is based in Los Angeles and is focused on supporting and expanding Sea Pointe Partners’ presence throughout Southern California.

Founders/President: Kiersten Stevens

 Kiersten has experience supporting property operations and association management, with a focus on organization, communication and consistent execution. She has previously worked for Mar West Real Estate and Sea Pointe Partners, Inc., supporting properties throughout Orange County and San Diego.

She has worked with vendors and ownership groups to help coordinate day-to-day operations and support ongoing property needs.

Her role includes vendor coordination, administrative support and assisting in maintaining property standards across multiple properties. She is involved in both new association setups and ongoing management, helping ensure that operations remain organized and responsive.

Kiersten also places a strong emphasis on communication and follow-through, helping ensure that owners and vendors are kept informed and that items are addressed in a timely manner.

Kiersten works closely with the team in supporting the continued growth of Sea Pointe Partners throughout Southern California.

Founders/Advisor: Craig T. Stevens

Craig is an industry veteran, with more than forty-three years of financial services and commercial real estate experience. He has worked for mid-size as well as national & global firms as a senior executive, in a variety of creative & entrepreneurial roles. Since stepping off the corporate ladder in 2003, he and his partner have co-founded multiple commercial real estate firms, one of which (multi-state Mar West Commercial) was sold to FirstService Corporation, a $3B publicly traded, diversified, global real estate company.  The others currently provide expert Commercial Property Association services to commercial real estate developers, institutional owners and private-client building owners.

Craig graduated from San Diego State University in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration- Finance and holds a California DRE Brokers license.

Craig invests a tremendous amount of time, mentoring college students and young professionals, sits on multiple boards and loves surfing, golf, sailing, tennis, hiking and travel.

Founders/Advisor: April Buchner

April has extensive commercial real estate experience, having worked in a variety of industry roles since 1982. She has worked for mid-size as well as national & global firms in property management, due diligence, leasing, and accounting. Since stepping off the corporate ladder in 2003, she and her partner have co-founded two multi-state commercial real estate firms, one of which was sold to Firstservice Corporation, a $2.9B publicly traded, diversified global real estate company.  The second, Sea Pointe Partners, Inc. currently provides expert Commercial Property Owners’ Association services to commercial real estate developers, institutional owners and private-client building owners. 

April graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration-Entrepreneurship. She is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM), and holds a California DRE real estate Agents license. 

April invests a tremendous amount of time granting wishes as a Wish Grantor for Make-A-Wish to children with life threatening illnesses, rescuing greyhound dogs, mentoring college students and young professionals. April also volunteers around her community and loves Pilates, yoga, hiking, tennis, reading and travelling.
